Her prior experience as a Marketing and Sales Director to VP of Operations prepared her for the business and negotiating aspects of real estate, as well as the art of advocating for buyers and sellers in their retirement years. She also proudly and successfully launched eleven startup healthcare facilities (from $1 million to $25 million) and served more than five thousand clients.

Julie was born and raised in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area, and loves serving this community!
