Julie was INVALUABLE to our selling and buying process this spring. We asked for her help in understanding our options for a new home and she quickly went to work showing us a few homes to gain an understanding of what kind of aspects of a home were of importance. Aspects we would have not naturally known but in various spaces spoke freely and she took those insights and found us the most perfect under-construction home. We also asked her to help us sell our current home and she didn't disappoint. She knew what the market would bear and what our wish-list consisted of. She constantly communicated with us about what to expect from paperwork to timing to phases of our new build, she spent SO much time with us during the 100 day process. We sold our house for more than asking price and prior to listing and our new home was ready by the prospective due date! The few pieces that could be considered challenging don't even come to mind as Julie took on all of our worries and resolved things in such a timely and professional manner. And, because our new build was a few blocks away from her daily route, she provided us constant updates and was almost as excited as we were. Julie is smart about her real estate craft; is kind and caring; and does a top notch job of making all of our selling and buying dreams come true. We miss talking to her every day and are grateful for all of her expertise. A low to no stress process = Julie Day.

Julie Day was an absolute pleasure to work with while my husband and I sought out to purchase our first home! She was always quick to communicate with us about the processes of looking and buying as well as if we had any questions while doing so. She was always so kind and welcoming to my family who tagged along during this process as well. She made this process stress free and super easy to understand. Julie was the absolute best. We are first time home-owners and she was so caring and informative the whole way. She never made us feel dumb when we asked basic questions and was always available. We never felt pressured by her and honestly just felt like she was a trusted friend from day 1. We still talk to this day! Even gave us a handcrafted Christmas present (we bought our house nowhere near Christmas) Cannot recommend her enough!!

Julie at kwELITE went far above our expectations from day one all the way until closing on our new home. Our process was a little lengthier since we sold our home and then built a new one. Julie helped with it ALL. One plus is she has built more than one of her own homes so she definitely has expertise in the building area! She was always there every step of the way to answer the plethora of questions we had. When times got stressful she was always there to pick us up with a positive outlook and reminded us of the fun and exciting parts of it. She was so good at calming our nerves. She represented us so well. The list of everything she did for us really is never ending. I know there are a lot of realtors out there to choose from but I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with Julie. A great realtor truly makes ALL the difference. Julie is the best realtor we've ever worked with. While maintaining a professionalism to get the job done, she was very personable and listened to every request we wanted in our dream home. While the housing market is crazy at the moment, Julie kept our stress level low while looking for our new home.
