Julie was the absolute best. We are first time home-owners and she was so caring and informative the whole way. She never made us feel dumb when we asked basic questions and was always available. We never felt pressured by her and honestly just felt like she was a trusted friend from day 1. We still talk to this day! Even gave us a handcrafted Christmas present (we bought our house nowhere near Christmas) Cannot recommend her enough!!

Julie at kwELITE went far above our expectations from day one all the way until closing on our new home. Our process was a little lengthier since we sold our home and then built a new one. Julie helped with it ALL. One plus is she has built more than one of her own homes so she definitely has expertise in the building area! She was always there every step of the way to answer the plethora of questions we had. When times got stressful she was always there to pick us up with a positive outlook and reminded us of the fun and exciting parts of it. She was so good at calming our nerves. She represented us so well. The list of everything she did for us really is never ending. I know there are a lot of realtors out there to choose from but I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with Julie. A great realtor truly makes ALL the difference. Julie is the best realtor we've ever worked with. While maintaining a professionalism to get the job done, she was very personable and listened to every request we wanted in our dream home. While the housing market is crazy at the moment, Julie kept our stress level low while looking for our new home. Julie was able to perform above and beyond every one of our expectations and treated us like family. Very refreshing to know how much she loved helping us, I will recommend Julie to all my family and friends.

Julie was fantastic to work with! She was very attentive and listened to everything I had to say. The detail she puts into searching for the right house was above and beyond. It truly feels like she is in your corner throughout the whole process and I never felt like I was lost. If I could buy another house I'd go through Julie again!
