About Julie

As a Southern California native, raised in Orange County, Julie is grateful every day to call Julian home! She came to town in 1995 when given an opportunity to buy a Bed & Breakfast home in the town site with her husband Jim. They named the business Eaglenest B&B and have been full time innkeepers ever since. Julie and Jim quickly fell in love with the community and spent time working with many different boards and organizations over the years. Their true passion is spending time with their golden retrievers and sharing the mountain with thousands of guests and visitors that we have stayed with them over the years!

After 25 years of innkeeping, Julie still wanted to work in Julian and share this community with others. She got her real estate license and became a member of the Sage Real Estate Co. team the end of 2018. She was very fortunate to have amazing colleagues and mentors around her daily that encourage, guide, and support her growth and stability in this industry! With few years and a number of transactions under her belt, Julie has built a solid foundation and strong confidence in her ability to support buyers and sellers of properties in Julian and throughout San Diego County.
