WOW, all I can say is WOW what a Team Lewis Realty/Keller Williams has, Julie Domina is the best by far!
We had our beautiful home/property for sale in Sundance WY for 2 years with a local Realtor, with absolutely little to zero results, poor advertising, took photos of our house on his cell phone, had very limited communication, we had to call him to ask for updates.
Funny how things work out, our contract was up for renewal, and I received a postcard in the mail for Julie that day. Without hesitation we gave her a call, we needed someone to work for us!
Her and her team did an amazing job, from videoing our home/property, taking professional photo, the advertising was outstanding. They never stopped advertising and promoting our home.
We got updates weekly and monthly newsletter about our property and others they have on contract. We were impressed by the communication, the advertising, and professionalism of the realtor and the company.
My advice to everyone is to get a realtor that works for you and wants to work for you to sale your home~ Don't settle!

Julie is knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and hard working. When I first started this journey in purchasing a home, she helped me build the confidence to work on the financing piece first. She “heard” me in where I was and where I wanted to get on this journey. She wasn’t going to make a lot of money from me, but she never made me feel like that. She lent an ear when I needed to vent about the process. She gave up weekends, family time, and pushed her own work aside to answer questions and show me listings multiple times. Julie took care of me through the process to make sure everything worked to my benefit. Living in a small town, with a stable housing market means most realtors don’t have to impress customers as much as what I’ve seen in other areas. That’s not what Julie does. She wants to be the best for her clients, and she made me feel like a priority always even when I knew she was working on bigger deals. In any business I’ve ever been a part of, I am still astounded by Julie’s ability to remain professional, patient, and caring all at the same time. I also had a close friend who used Julie as her seller. She switched over to Julie after her house was in the market for close to seven months. Julie sold it in less than 30 days after making the switch. A plus is that she knows how to help make the process fun, too! Don’t second guess on which realtor to go with. She will make you a priority through every step until you’ve reached your goal.

We had a great experience working with Julie, and Lewis Realty/Keller Williams. Even though our search took place during the peak seller's market of 2021/22 Julie was able to arrange homes for us to see when we came to the Black Hills. This was especially important since we were living in another state at the time. She was able to investigate questions we had and came up with the answers. Julie supplied us with all the information we needed when considering a home, including site specific covenants. She willingly searched the entire Black Hills area to find us a home. We appreciated her diligence and willingness to find answers without delay. The process of writing up the offer on our home, and the closing procedures were easily and professionally completed. As a bonus, we have been able to maintain contact with Julie well after the purchase of our home. She helped us make connections with local services as we were moving in.
