We could not recommend Julie enough! She is very knowledgeable about home construction which was so helpful when we were looking at houses. She was able to point out issues or potential concerns that we never would have noticed without her. I'm very confident that Julie's expertise far out exceeds many realtors out there so if you want someone who really knows what to do and what to look for, you should definitely seek Julie out as your realtor. On top of that, she is just a fun and kind person, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her to buy a new house and sell ours.

Consider yourself blessed if you are able to get Julie to be your realtor! She is reliable, professional and knows a lot about houses. She will ensure you get the most money for your house as well as buy a good sound home. She sold my home and after making all the changes she recommended I got more than asking price. She also helped us find our new home. I highly recommend Julie to all my friends and family.
