Julie was amazing! From the moment we met her, her bubbly, caring, and sweet personality was visible. She took our needs of being first time homebuyers in stride. She was there through every step of the process for buying our dream home and she clearly explained every step of the way. She was always just a text or phone call away and genuinely cared about our home buying experience and finding THE ONE. There isn’t anyone I could recommend more!

Julie managed our townhouse sale quickly and efficiently. There were not a lot of needless emails or wasted time getting details straight to sell our place. She led negotiations and helped us find most qualified buyers willing to pay highest price. Made our lives very easy and stress free during a sale that needed to be done quickly.

My fiancée and I just started looking at houses when we met Julie at an open house. She was friendly and very helpful. We spent around 45 minutes with her asking questions about our search for a family home. At the time we were getting messages from realtors that were matched with us through Zillow. None of them considered what our likes, dislikes, or needs were. Julie took us to several houses and found us a perfect match for us. She helped us through all the steps to close and we used her after to sell the condo we had been living in. We truly enjoyed working with Julie and would happily recommend her!

Julie was fantastic to work with
