About Julie
Julie is truly dedicated to her customers and their needs. Julie enjoys both marketing homes for sale and helping buyers find the best home to meet their needs. Real estate is constantly evolving, and Julie has remained in the forefront of the industry by committing to innovative marketing strategies and cutting-edge technology like predictive analytics, which is why she has sold over 450 homes, with over 300 of them in Arlington. Julie will guide you through the process and advise you every step of the way.
Julie graduated with degree in Social Work from Providence College in 1998, and as a social worker, she learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for her clients. Julie bought her first investment property at the age of 23 and soon after, made the switch to full-time real estate.
Julie is a firm believer in giving back and is particularly passionate about fundraising for cancer research. She ran the Boston Marathon five times as part of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute team, raising money to benefit research. Julie continues to contribute to Dana Farber by donating a portion of every sale that occurs during marathon training season.
Julie lives in a single-family home with her husband and two children in popular Arlington Heights. She also owns two investment properties in town. As a resident and businessperson in Arlington, Julie understands the many benefits of living in Arlington and the nearby communities of Belmont, Lexington, Winchester, and West Medford–with their superior school systems, and unmatched access to transportation, world-class healthcare and education, culture, history, recreation, and of course, community spirit! Find out more of what makes Arlington so unique. When she is not busy helping her clients, she can be found hanging out with her kids at the many local parks, playing tennis, and volunteering.
