Julie Green

Julie Green is the co-owner of Green Team Real Estate Services, a business she has passionately built alongside her husband, George, since 2009. Initially known as Green & Associates Realty, the company has flourished under Julie and George's leadership, benefiting from her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction. With over 500 transactions completed or assisted in her career, Julie specializes in the REO/foreclosure sector in addition to the traditional residential and commercial real estate deals. She believes in integrity and in having a strong work ethic and believes this is what sets her apart in. the competitive world of real estate.

With a Master’s Degree from the University of Louisville, Julie has held various significant positions, including Quality Improvement Director at a local non-profit and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in a hospital setting. These roles have honed her ability to address client needs from a unique perspective, understanding that buying or selling a home is influenced by numerous personal and situational factors.

Julie also holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, allowing her to cater specifically to the needs of military families. This fits well with her passion for Homes for Heroes, an organization she has been affiliated with for over 5 years. Her and her teammates have given back over $500,000 to heroes in the local community as a result of this affiliation and she has a desire to reach $1 million before the end of her career.
