About Julie

Julie was born and raised on the California Delta. She has a love that extends beyond the breathtaking sunsets and playfulness of living on the water. She deeply believes the quote, “If you are lucky enough to live on the water, you are lucky enough” and has taken that as a guiding mindset in building her business. Julie approaches real estate from a problem-solving perspective, always coming back to the reminder that life on the California Delta is great.

Ms. Jackson began her career in real estate working for a title company. Her interest in the industry grew, so she became licensed in real estate and transitioned from title to loans. She believed her expertise in the back-end of real estate would make her a more competent and capable loan professional. She was right. As her clientele grew, Julie was invited to work beyond the lending and title side of real estate and began to hone her skills in property management. From there, commercial and residential clients sought her advice on purchases. Julie knew it was time to begin selling and representing buyers in real estate transactions. To best serve her growing client list, Julie wanted to open a real estate company that would allow her to offer the comprehensive real estate services her discerning clientele demanded. Ms. Jackson has successfully worked in all positions supporting real estate transactions, therefore has experience and knowledge of real estate that transcends a typical agent.

Boyd Real Estate is a perfect fit for Julie and her team of Realtors. Boyd has long been an integral piece of the Bethel Island community and worked diligently to develop the island in a safe way that protected the heritage and community of the residents. This mindset of longevity, community, and development is what attracted Julie to the company.

Julie has a passion for people that unintentionally turned into a passion for real estate. As she built relationships with her clients, she learned more about the industry to support them. The more she learned about Real Estate, the more she wanted to support her clients. She set herself up for a successful career in real estate with the only intention of supporting her clients in the best way she knew how. Today, she looks forward to continually serving the Delta community she was raised in to support the continued success of Bethel Island and surrounding communities they serve.
