Julie Kavanaugh

Julie was born and raised in Lockport, New York along with her 3 siblings. She attended Bowling Green State University in Ohio and obtained her degree in Interpersonal and Public Communications and was her Chi Omega sorority president. After having careers in Public Relations at a hospital in New York and working for a AAA baseball team, Julie moved to Palos Verdes Estates, California. She obtained her real estate license in 1999 the same year she married her husband, Mark. She has an extensive background in building/remodeling as Julie and her husband Mark operate Kavanaugh Development Co. Inc., which has built over 300 homes in Southern California and the Monterey Peninsula. Julie has two children with her husband – Joe, a freshman in college, and Sadie a sophomore at Pacific Grove High School. Julie is a former PTA Officer for Forest Grove Elementary School and Pacific Grove Middle School and currently the Sober Grad Vice President at Pacific Grove High School.
