People describe me as steady, responsive, & someone who sees what others miss, because I actually like the details most agents rush past, like hidden foundation issues, aging systems, or how an older home was built to last.

Before real estate, I spent years in local finance & public policy, leading teams, managing complex budgets, & negotiating contracts for city & county agencies. I also completed law school coursework focused on contracts & negotiation, & studied aviation maintenance, which taught me to think in systems & look beneath the surface.

As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative & Senior Real Estate Specialist, I bring added expertise to clients navigating their first purchase or planning the next stage of homeownership. Indianapolis is home, & I know its neighborhoods inside & out, especially the historic & mid-century homes that give this city its character.
