Julie Kim is the reason we were able to buy condo in this tough for buyers market. She never forget what exactly we are looking for and invited us to look at new places. After we made an offer Julie organized and supervised the entire process of condo buying. Julie is not afraid to look for answers and stand up for us. She was always here for us with advice and emotional support.

We met Julie after losing two houses on a bidding war and during inspection process. One realtor was not knowlegeable enough in this crazy seller market and the other realtor was really sluggish in terms communicating with us via phone, text, and email. But Julie helped us tremendously to buy our dream house. It was an insane seller's market when we purchased our house so there were crazy bidding wars on top of seller's bloated prices.

But thanks to Julie's intuitive and senseful insight, we were able to win the bidding war immediately after the open house and moved forward, getting our dream house with so smooth process.

If you work with Julie, you can relax when it comes to getting most up-to-date info because she will constantly keep you in the loop with 100% transparency. You will notice that her voice always sounds confident because she knows what to do each step and works with dignity and dilligency, not to mention that she is very punctual and kind when it comes to meeting you in person and answering your questions.

I admit that she is very talkative most times, but it is THE exact skill we were expecting from our realtor because we didn't want to feel left behind when we were about to make the biggest decision and expenditure in our entire life.

During the entire 4 months of long periods of house buying, starting from open house to bidding war to inspection and appraisal to renegotiation to crazy communication(between bankers and lawayers), and to the final closing date, Julie never let us down and we were so happy to have her as our realtor.

Julie helped me purchase a house recently, and can't appreciate enough. I found her via her Instagram account, did my research on her and she was certainly top producing agent in the area. It's such a crazy market right now and she was able to negotiate and get the price I needed to offer to get deal done. Also, she has great connections with lenders, contractors, inspectors, etc so was such an easy process for me.
