Julie helped me purchase a house recently, and can't appreciate enough. I found her via her Instagram account, did my research on her and she was certainly top producing agent in the area. It's such a crazy market right now and she was able to negotiate and get the price I needed to offer to get deal done. Also, she has great connections with lenders, contractors, inspectors, etc so was such an easy process for me.
