Julie was referred to us by very trusted friends that purchased their dream home with her help. They were from out of state as are we. Our experience was exactly as they described and we were off to the races. We had looked at all the houses Julie had sent our way via email. When we arrived in Reno on our house hunt Julie had every house lined up that we were interested in, as Julie drove us around from house to house she also drove us in different directions so we could see the surrounding areas, very smart!!! During our various conversations in and out of the car Julie was taking in mental notes and didn't skip a beat with setting up appointments as we commented on listings. We did find our dream house and Julie continued to be of service with home owners Insurace, window coverings, etc. Not only would we use Julie again but would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a property. Last year we were looking for our retirement home. Reno was one of the areas we looked at and were blessed to have found Julie Knecht to help us explore. We were living in Texas at the time and were able to easily communicate with Julie via email and phone. She was well prepared for our visit, showing us several areas that met our criteria. She also provided us with a relocation booklet that has been very helpful. We spent 2 days with Julie and she was the ultimate host, chaufering us to the different places and telling us about different things in the area. Whenever we were looking at a community there were so many positive comments about having the best agent around (we can't agree more). We settled on a new build home and Julie was so helpful and supportive during the nearly year long process. She has stood in for us when needed, sent us pictures, given us referrals, answered questions, etc. We can't recommend Julie enough if you need an agent in Reno.

My family just moved to Reno from Hawaii and Julie was our realtor. Hands down, she is the best realtor we've ever worked with. Moving across the ocean was a lot of stress and Julie made the process go so much smoother. She is very kind, thoughtful, caring, organized and great at what she does. She was so patient helping us find a house in a hot market and allowed us to have full confidence with minimal visits due to the distance and challenges getting to Reno to look at houses. Even though it took several tries due to competition or inspection issues, Julie stuck with us until we found the right property. Some of the properties we put offers on ended up having tricky situations/circumstances and Julie ensured that we were well informed so we could make final important decisions. She followed up regularly and was always on top of all the little things that needed to be done. Julie was always available for questions and promptly set up zoom calls when we saw a house we wanted to see given the hot market at the time. Not being familiar with the area she was always helpful advising us of things we needed to consider that we probably wouldn’t have thought of. She navigated the sometimes conflicting wishes my husband and I had with tact and grace. I truly believe Julie cared about my family and went above and beyond to help us make the move. It was my good fortune to find Julie. I made a decision to move from Southern California to Sparks. I had also decided on a 55+ community. I was a visitor to a new land. It was just a challenge to find my hotel after leaving the airport. Julie picked me up at the hotel and spent a considerable amount of time showing me several different properties.
