More than 20 years of interior design and construction/renovation experience gives Julie Latsko a unique and valuable perspective to lend to buyers and sellers. Latsko, a licensed real estate advisor with COMPASS, can help clients see
a home’s true potential and certain nuances an untrained eye might miss.
Latsko applied that skill recently, when she closed on several complex transactions that required significant negotiation, direction and persistence.
“I was able to sell a sprawling unique property
in Evanston, using my design and construction background to help the buyer see the potential the home offered their family,” she says.
A 2022 Chicago Association of Realtors Top Individual Producer and member of Top Agent Network, Latsko has been licensed for five years. She assists from first-time to luxury clients in South Chicago, the Gold Coast and Lincoln Park. It’s a market and clientele she understands well. Latsko grew up on the Southside of Chicago
and has lived in the Gold Coast and Lincoln Park areas for over 35 years. Showing clients around
the neighborhoods she has lived in her entire life
is especially meaningful. Even more, selling real estate gives her the opportunity to combine her degree and experience in design and construction/ renovation with helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership.

Latsko enjoys fitness, travel, design and construction. Not long ago, she had the pleasure of watching her daughters graduate from eighth grade and high school.
