I have had the pleasure to get to know and work with many of Julie’s clients as she refers them to me when they wish to buy a vacation or investment property in the Florida Panhandle. These are people who Julie has previously helped buy or sell their primary residences and/or other properties in Alabama and they have all shared, with me, what an amazing, professional, caring, and dedicated Realtor she is. They can’t seem to brag enough about her expertise. Julie is so good at what she does, always keeping her buyers’ and sellers’ best interests as priority #1 and always going the extra mile. I also, personally, know what a wonderful and caring person she is, as well, and I can’t thank her enough for entrusting me with her clients and friends-most often they are one in the same. I first met Julie when she and her family allowed me assist them with the purchase of Gulf Front condos in Panama City Beach. I immediately fell in love with her and her entire family. You simply will not find finer people.

Julie worked diligently to find us something that worked for our future business. While we initially intended to purchase a building or property, we ended up finding the perfect place, but it was out of our price range. Only through Julie’s connections were we able to rent it instead of buy it. This did not result in a profit for her, yet she still followed through to connect us to the owner of the building. Julie helped us buy two properties. One of which we were not able to be inspected before contracting. She made this possible by taking photos inside and out and answering my questions about the property. Her dedication to us as customers made it possible to make a steal of deal on this property without our being there. After we finally visited the property after closing, we learned that this was the best deal that we have ever made. Julie Luker with Keller Williams was SPECTACULAR! I happened upon her through Zillow while searching for our forever lake home and she knocked it out of the park. What was supposed to be a meet up to look at one house turned into the most enjoyable day of Julie showing us multiple homes. She was extremely patient with us and our 6 year old and picked up on EVERY cue regarding our likes and dislikes. Ultimately she paired us with an off market seller and we purchased the perfect lake home in the ideal location. I feel like I have gained a new family member in her through this process.
