Julie Milbrodt

Julie, who was raised and educated in La Canada-Flintridge, has eight years of marketing/media experience. Since graduation from the University of California, Santa Barbara, she has worked for Western International Media, the world’s largest media buying company, and K*B Toy Stores, a division of Consolidated Stores Corp., one of the largest retailers in the country. As a media buyer for these companies, she became very adept at negotiation skills. She negotiated contracts that saved companies thousands of dollars. She lives in La Canada Flintridge with her family, husband Jeremy and two children, Jaden, and Jenna, who attend school at La Canada High School. Julie is also involved in the community through the La Canada Flintridge Educational Foundation, LCHS Alumni Association and La Canada Presbyterian Church.

Julie started working with her mother when designing the marketing plan for the 62-acre Willis Estate in 1996. This plan helped set Denise apart from other top agents to finally be awarded the listing. Julie started working full-time with her Mom in 2000. In 2014, after Denise retired, Julie started her own real estate team. Julie has been awarded many production awards as well as being admitted to the prestigious President’s Council in 2015. The President’s Council consists of the top 1% of Realtors company wide.

Julie fully supports the community of LCF and its schools. Julie has been a major contributor to the LCF Educational Foundation, LCHS Boosters, Paradise Canyon & LCHS PTA’s and its major fundraisers. Not only has Julie contributed money to the community but has sold over 100 homes in La Canada alone in her career. Julie loves living in La Canada and selling all it has to offer and helping clients achieve their dreams.
