Julie is amazing! She knows how to navigate and coach us buyers through the process. She gives great pointers and is diligent above all else. If it weren't for Julie, we would have lost our contract, but she was persistent even when I couldn't focus all my time on the deal.

Julie was AWESOME!
She worked all hours to get what we wanted and she also was a bulldog in protecting our interests. She also provided great contacts for inspections and also a company to help remediate mold identified in the inspection. We will be using here again if and when we have to move again. Highly, highly recommend her to anyone!

She was the most professional , caring and dedicated to the business of showing and helping us buy our home I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and my husband and I have bought and sold quite a few.
She was eager, willing to go above and beyond, and I might add the weather did not cooperate most of the time, but Mrs. Perkins did not complain.
In the future we will not hesitate to seek her out to sell and buy our next one. And we will definitely give her information to others.
The real estate business is lucky to have her and so are buyers and sellers!
