I very much enjoyed working with Julie. She is very knowable, personable, patient and goes the extra mile. The market is tight so we needed someone who is an advocate for the young first time home owner. There are ups and downs when you submit a bid that is not accepted and she kept a positive approach and kept looking. My son ended up with a house he is very happy with at a good price. I have recommended her, recommend her to you, and will call her when I downsize.

Working with Julie to find our next home was such a great experience! It took us about 8 months to commit to the right home, but Julie was patient with us and worked tirelessly responding to our inquiries and requests to view properties throughout the entire process. She was very flexible and listened to what we wanted and she was always quick to respond! We finally found our home and we’re so glad to have had Julie as our buying agent. She’s professional, she isn’t pushy, she listens to what her clients want, and she’s very understanding.
