Julie Price

Born and raised here in Lynden, Julie Price is a local area specialist, providing her clients with the highest level of attention and service. Client care and serving others is a passion of Julie’s as is making connections and building relationships with people by helping them move forward with their real estate goals. She strives to earn the loyalty and respect of her clients and colleagues while also staying true to the trust and integrity she has built her business foundation on.

As your Real Estate Broker, Julie will research and identify the best opportunities available, guide you through the process and be readily available to respond to questions and concerns. Julie truly enjoys real estate and handling the details, organization, and problem solving that goes along with it. Her goal is to help the buyer or seller achieve their goals and will work hard to make that happen in an efficient and thorough manner.

Prior to real estate, Julie taught high school business and marketing. She uses these skills on a daily basis, marketing her seller’s listings and keeping buyers and sellers educated about the transaction, their role, and what to expect as the transaction moves along.

When Julie is not selling real estate, you can also spot her coaching volleyball at Lynden High School. Along with her husband Chris and their four boys: Crew, Brody, Kyler, and Beckett you will often find her family involved in various community activities and sporting events. Being a part of this community matters to her, and she continues to make that a priority by integrating her career in real estate with giving back to local programs and organizations.
