We were connected with Julie Quardokus through Zillow. She reached out to us immediately and was available for a showing even though my husband and I could only meet in the evening. She is an expert professional who knows her job very well. I felt comfortable with Julie through the whole process. I appreciate that she explained everything including contract terms, negotiations, next steps to us and was extremely helpful. She made everything super easy.
