In 2017, The Roback-Czuprynski Team was established, due to the real estate market’s constant evolution. Their primary goal is client care; they have a “team” of experts working for you, listening to your needs and utilizing strong negotiation skills to yield you a sound investment.

In working with sellers, Julie thoroughly enjoys marketing the strengths of a home and determining who the target audience is for that particular property. She develops a marketing campaign for each home and works with her sellers to achieve their goals. With the contract in hand, she will guide you to a successful closing.

Julie’s goal when working with buyers is to find the best fit for their family and lifestyle. She understands her role as a resource who ensures that her buyers are making a sound financial investment. When Julie speaks to a client years later, she wants them to say, “Thank you! When not selling real estate, Julie enjoys skiing, biking, reading and traveling. Her and her husband celebrated their 31st wedding anniversary in April and they are realizing that time really does fly! They are blessed with four children, one daughter-in-law, two sons-in-law, two grandchildren and another one on the way…Julie continues to expand the team! She loves every minute of watching her children start their own families and find their own homes! Julie volunteers with many local charities/organizations, most recently, Illinois Continuity of Care, Senior Services Committee (MORe) and Toastmasters International.
