Julie and Joann joined forces in 1999. While the majority of their sales are in the suburbs of West St. Louis County and St Charles they also have detailed knowledge of St. Louis City and South County.

In 2013, The Rupert's added Team Member Julie Steurer. Julie's external insight and empathetic but tough nature makes the perfect team addition. Julie Steurer has lived in St. Louis all of her adult life.
