When I began the process of buying a home, I had no idea who could help me. I placed calls to multiple realtors and Julie was the first one to return my call. I knew, instantly, that she would be the person to help me find my dream home. When we met for the first time, we talked about our families and all the things in our lives we found purposeful. We eventually got around to the details of the home searching process (lol), but she was so down to earth and genuine in her approach.

Unfortunately, during the time that we began working together to tour houses, I lost my mother. Julie knew how hard of a loss this was for me, and she diligently collaborated with the sellers to allow me time to grieve my mom. This is when I knew that she was more than my realtor. She was my friend.

In January 2021, I closed on my dream home! A year later, I accepted an amazing job and had to relocate to a new city. Once again, it was Julie by my side at the closing table when we sold my property. I could go on and on about how outstanding Julie is as a realtor. It is extremely rare to find someone who genuinely cares about people, but Julie does.

I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with her on two successful closings. I highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is professional, persevering, and punctual. Most importantly, she will always have your best interest at heart.

We purchased our home through veterans united they reccomend using Julie as our agent as she had worked with them several times she was there for us through the entire process and even after she is professional, knowledgeable, respestful, and responsive there was never a time that We had a question that she didn't respond to us, She treated us like family, She worked closely with us and veterans united to make sure We found the right house at the right price and she helped make it as stress free as you possibly make buying a house, we would reccomend Julie to anyone and everyone thinking of buting a house, with.
