Julie was very easy to deal with In Selling our Mothers property. Julie was knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions or concerns. She took time with the sale and checked in often.
Julie followed through on matters necessary and even offered to help with the move ... sharing that her sons could pitch in too if needed. Most important... she was very trustworthy.
I would recommend Julie to anyone needing a real estate agent in the near future.

Julie assisted our family recently with selling our old home and purchasing a new home. We were looking for someone we could trust with these important decisions, and Julie went above and beyond in assisting us. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the home selling process, and with her guidance, we received an offer on our home before it was even listed publicly. She then spent several days with us looking at homes for potential purchase and was very patient as we made this important decision for our family.

Anytime we needed anything during this process, she was responsive to us quickly and was very detailed in explaining every step of the home selling and buying process. It is evident that Julie has tons of experience and is truly invested in making sure her clients are assisted from start to finish in this home selling/buying process.

We received Julie's information after I inquired on our local NextDoor page about a good referral for a real estate agent; it was truly our luck in receiving the referral to Julie! I truly do not have the words to express just how much we loved working with Julie! My fiance and I just purchased our first home and we could not have done it without her. Not only is Julie incredibly knowledgeable about the entire home buying process, but she can also connect you with amazing people once you are ready to purchase. We were so impressed with her recommendations and loved every person we worked with from the lawyer to the mortgage company.

As those of you reading this probably know, purchasing a home can be a very stressful process! Julie did everything she could to ensure the process was as painless as possible and I think what we like most about her (besides her warm personality!) is her honesty. She did not waste our time on places that maybe weren't very nice or were not what we were looking for and never pushed anything on us.

She is an incredibly genuine person and you can tell that her goal is to truly find a home that is the best fit for you. I honestly wish I knew more people buying houses so I could recommend her to everyone! Working with Julie Ryan will be the best decision you make -- you will not go wrong and I can say with 100% certainty we will use her again if we decide to sell or move!
