Julie called us one day asking if we would like to sell our house. Normally I would say no but this time I said we might. From that moment on she treated us so professionally. We could not find a rambler that met our needs. Julie then referred us to her mortgage broker. We ended up refinancing our house and now we are doing the upgrades to our house. I’ve know Julie for years on a personal level. But when I decided to start looking for my very own home I knew I already trusted her. Even though knowing her for years Julie always was super professional and I had to keep reminding her it’s me but NOPE 100% professionalism. Julie always was responsive and super patient it took me a year and idk how many houses we looked at together but in the end her and my mortgage team rocked it out the park. I closed a week earlier than expected and never felt more appreciated during this whole process. Julie was absolutely amazing, working with me remotely to find a home I liked in this crazy expensive market. Julie traveled all over the place to look at homes for me, all over Zoom, and really took the time to figure out the type of home and location that I wanted. Julie is the type of agent that will do anything to help you out, from measuring the size of a room by stretching on the floor to making sure I was able to successfully move across the country despite my mechanical troubles. I cannot recommend her enough, if you are looking for something anywhere on the Seattle side of the PNW you will absolutely love working with Julie.

Julie was Amazing throughout our whole transaction and beyond! 1st we had to sell our home in Washington in less than 30 days because we made an offer on a property in CA that had to close in 30 days. She accelerated the listing and we received multiple offers within a day mainly due to her presentation. Also, she was so responsive to any issues that came up, we discussed options and moved on. OMG Julie is amazing!!! She has been a light at the end of the tunnel, going from a most horrible experience in the sale of our property on the other side of the state with a different company Julie is an Angel sent from above to make sure my family and my critters were safe and happy. We would still be living in a hotel if Julie hadn't been so amazing in getting us to see properties, keeping us up to date on the market, making sure we were taken cared of and made strong offers and finally made it home. We are home all thanks to Julie and the amazing work she did in working with contracts and the bank and the appraisal! It has been 1 year this Labor Day weekend (2021) since I purchased and moved into my 5+ acres of my dream property (2020). This is in much gratitude to Julie Salazar with John S Realty. Where do I start with how wonderful Julie has been. Since the beginning with checking out a property on my own and getting Julie's name and number from a real-estate sign, Julie was very professional and on top of things. Always quick to get back to me with information and a friendly attitude, I quickly realized the benefits of having Julie be my agent. Julie never stops until she has your as close to exact property for you to decide on, then she follows through until all negotiations are complete. Julie isn't done until she sees you in your property, literally! This process due to my specific needs/desires took around a year and numerous properties, but she found my perfect property. Julie is always kind, cheerful, and professional. Julie works tirelessly long hours nearly 7 days a week every week.
