Hi! I’m Julie Sauls, born and raised right here in Amarillo, Texas, and I’ve been helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate since 2014. I truly love what I do and the people I get to work with along the way.
I started my real estate journey with Keller Williams, where I spent five amazing years learning the business and building a strong foundation. I eventually found my home with Landmark Realty, a company that’s been proudly serving the Texas Panhandle for over 23 years—and it’s been the perfect fit ever since.
For me, real estate is all about relationships. I believe in honest conversations, clear communication, and working hard for my clients every step of the way. Before real estate, I spent 17 years with Amarillo ISD as a Registrar and Secretary. That experience gave me a strong background in customer service and organization, and it really shaped my passion for working with people and helping them reach the best possible outcome.
