Following in the footsteps of her mother, Joyce Ink, a multi-million dollar producer, Julie has always been inspired by her mother’s success and southern charm.
“My mom set the standard for me early on, and watching her make clients feel comfortable and at ease is something I’ve carried with me in every job I’ve had,” Julie says. “Now, I’m excited to bring that same level of dedication and care to my clients as an agent.”
With over 26 years of marriage to her high school sweetheart, Cory, Julie and her husband have earned the nickname “Chip and Joanna” for their passion for home renovations and design. Together, they have tackled countless projects, including their current adventure—rehabbing a fire-damaged home.
Julie’s sharp eye for detail, love for staging, and natural organizational skills make her a standout among agents. Her deep love for real estate, combined with a hands-on approach, ensures every client receives a tailored, top-notch experience.

Outside of real estate, Julie and Cory have served in full-time ministry for 13 years while raising their three children: Isaac, Olivia, and Caleb. When not working, she loves spending time with her family, enjoying vacations, cookouts, and family get-togethers.
“I’m fiercely loyal and love working hard for the people in my life, whether it’s family, friends, or clients,” Julie says. “I believe in doing everything with heart, and I’m excited to bring that same passion to my real estate career.”
