Words cannot say enough to describe my realtor, Julie Seay. Her depth of knowledge regarding all the elements involved in the buying and selling of a home is beyond compare. She is highly aware of the marketplace and is able to refer her clients to the needed inspectors, appraisers, contractors, and brokers, just to name a few. She carries with her a great disposition that brings joy into every room she enters. Julie cares about her clients and their needs, and I will be forever grateful to her.

I’ve been familiar with Julie for many years simply by virtue of community involvement and the professional environments we are in, but had never used her to buy/sell. Julie came highly recommended by several close friends and colleagues when it came time to sell my home. I reviewed her current and recent listings because I’m a stickler for quality listing photos/good descriptions and Julie did not disappoint. The listing photos were AMAZING capturing all of the things I loved about my home, highlighting all the hard work and upgrades that I’d put in, all while remaining true-to-life. We landed a full price offer within a couple days and Julie’s fantastic team kept me updated throughout the process. From contract to closing we were right at 30 days and it was a race to the finish for me to get personal belongings out BUT, even then, Julie truly went above and beyond to make sure we closed without a hitch. I could not recommend her any more highly. Thanks Julie!

Julie had my house on the market within days of are first meeting. She has a great team working with her that made this an exception sales experience. She had a photographer come to the house who did a wonderful job. Also Susan , with the title company, and Nessy who made sure I didn't forget anything. It was by far the best experience I've had selling a home.
