Julie Shelley

Julie Shelley is a licensed real estate agent in Maryland and Pennsylvania. She was born, raised, and resides in Northern Baltimore County and has deep local roots. From a real estate family who build, renovate, and own rental properties, Julie enjoys all things housing and is a natural fit for the real estate business. She owns and manages her own investment properties and is well-versed in the construction process after building a custom home at the age of 24.
Julie obtained her real estate license in 2011 and is a veteran agent, even at her young age. With experience in all aspects of the sale process, from staging and home prep advice to navigating complicated inspection and financing issues, she has navigated buyers and sellers through it all.
Her love of the outdoors gives her useful knowledge in the rural segment of this business, but she has handled every type of house from city condos to Pennsylvania farms. She has sold properties all over Maryland, including in Baltimore County, Carroll County, Harford County, Howard County, and Baltimore City, as well as in York County in Pennsylvania.
When she is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is an avid hunter and is always outside.
