Julie was AMAZING! She was right on the mark with her suggestion for our list price to increase the likelihood of multiple offers above asking price. It worked! 17 showings requested within 24 hours of being on the market and received 3 competitive offers within 72 hours. She helped guide us through the process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner (usually within 10 minutes).

I never plan to move again but if I do, I will be calling Julie! Thanks for being absolutely amazing!

Julie was fantastic! She made the process of buying a home for the first time a breeze. She is very knowledgable, a great communicator and extremely helpful. She is super responsive, and got all my showings set up so quickly. I definitely will be using her again!

I met Julie while she was showing a house next to my house. She was so friendly and kind and real. I was already having issues with another realtor/ different company too, with being flakey and hard to reach. So meeting her was a blessing, she always responds quickly, she is helpful and polite and kind. I’m super happy we crossed paths because she has made this process so much easier and less stressful as well.
