Selling a home is more that showing people the property.

Julie was involved from the time we signed the listing to closing. We started by discussed what other properties were on the market and at what price, what improvements/changes we should make to the house, and she even made some recommendations on possible contractors that could perform the work. It took us longer than we planned to get the house on the market. When it did "hit" the market, we were able to get an offer in two days at our full asking price. Julie even helped through to the final closing.

Julie Spagnolo was my husband's and my Real Estate agent when we moved to Wilmington from the NYC area. She is amazing! She knows her stuff, and has connections with so many amazing professionals that helped the process of buying a home go smoothly. Plus she's funny, personable and a really nice person. I would easily recommend her to all of my friends should they decide to move to the Wilmington area.

We searched for a home from 3,000 miles away. Julie listened to our requests and desires. When we arrived to see the homes but she chose, she showed us homes in the price range and with the square footage that we needed. It was a pleasure working with her. I highly recommend it. I had been searching for homes on my own via a website and just meeting the realtor that come to show the home. Most all of them were pushy, rude and impatient. Julie came to show me house(that did not work at all for what I was looking for) and what a breath of fresh air. Julie was patient, thoughtful and not pushy at all. I thought to myself, I found my realtor. She helped me search for the next few months until I ended up finding the perfect house during Covid quarantine. She was so easy work with her so of course once I went to sell my house, I had her be my realtor. She was awesome through a rough sale due to a non responsive realtor on the buyer side. Julie kept me in the loop, answered all my texts/calls right away and kept me calm. If you are looking for a great, professional realtor, Julie is for you!
