My wife and I were first time home buyers and Julie was a key factor in our successful purchase.
The first house we looked at would have gone through without a hitch. Julie walked us through all the different aspects of inspections and paperwork and because of Julie's ongoing consultations we avoided an unforeseen surprise.
The second house we looked at was another example of Julie's great consulting. As per her suggestions we saved a considerable amount of money and had repairs done to the home prior to our purchase. These were things my wife and I did not realize we could do.
