If you don't at least talk to Julie Thompson before making a decision to hire an agent, you are doing yourself a disservice.

We recently listed our Mammoth home with Julie and couldn't be more satisfied with the decision. One of her many strengths is that she has lived full time in Mammoth for several decades and has an intimate knowledge of how unique the area is. She is incredibly knowledgeable about not only the local real estate market, but property management and the myriad of considerations of owning property in snow country at 8,000 feet.

She represented us in a quick sale of the home our family built 40 years ago. She was tenacious about the littlest detail. She was professional, honest, transparent, and very responsive.
