Julie has been bringing Sellers and Buyers together since 2001. Originally from the Midwest where she owned and operated an independent real estate brokerage and later became a Broker-Salesperson with a nationally recognized franchise; she is excited to continue her real estate career on the Emerald Coast. Julie's first visit to the Destin area was in 1983 when this beautiful coast get-a-way was virtually undiscovered. Although the area has grown since 1983, it still has the same charm and appeal it had back then.

As a listing agent, with a background in marketing, Julie's goal is to sell your property with the most favorable terms. Julie will provide market data to determine the optimal selling price, discuss any needed repairs or changes, and hire a professional photographer and drone pilot as necessary for best exposure.
