Julie specializes in the Davis real estate housing market and works with both Buyers and Sellers. Her business is built on providing excellent service to each of her clients through clear and frequent communication, strong negotiation skills and extensive market knowledge. She is a licensed CA real estate agent and returned to Davis to join the family real estate team in 2008. She is a member of the Yolo County Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Yolo County Association of Realtors' Masters Club. Julie was elected to serve as a Davis Director for the Yolo County Association of Realtors for 2012 and 2013. In 2015, Julie was inducted into the RE/MAX hall of fame.
Julie grew up in Davis and was a member of the Davis High School Jazz and Symphonic Bands and on the Swimming and Water Polo Teams. She attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, cum laude. While at Cal Poly, she was on the 2003 and 2004 National Club Water Polo Championship Teams. After graduation, she worked as an Engineer and Subcontracts Manager for Raytheon Corporation in El Segundo, CA.
