I decided to sell my house one day, and as luck would have it, I met Julie that same week. When I met her, I knew instantly she was going to be my agent, and my gut wasn’t wrong. She walked through my house and gave me so much great advice, that she turned my sort of plan into a real one. When the time came to list, she was there, ready with a professional photographer and a stager, all on her dime. She was so much fun to work with, and made the whole process so simple for us. Even more importantly, when it came to negotiations, she got us the best deal and everyone walked away happy! Thank you so much Julie - you are a rock star!

Every day I'm thankful I went with Julie Welter as my agent. It's only because of her hands on involvement of listing my home that it sold for asking price right away. My home Iooked beautiful in the listing photos because she hired professional photographers and had a staging consultant tell me the best way to stage my home. Both of those services were at no cost to me, they are a complimentary part of having Julie as a realtor. I'd never heard of an agent doing that for a client.

When it came to buying, Julie was so patient. She showed me so many houses, some multiple times. I then fell in love with a home outside of my price range and she was somehow able to get the sellers to entertain our lower offer. I couldn't believe how much house I was getting. I still can't believe I live here.

If it weren't for Julie Welter, I most definitely would not be in the home I'm in today. Between her being able to get top dollar for me as a seller and negotiating the price of the house I ended up buying, my family is so happy in our dream home. I'm so, so thankful for Julie and what she did for our family every day.
