Julie Wyrick

Julie Wyrick graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) with a degree in Cytotechnology. Julie worked as a Cytotechnologist for 14 years. In 2018 she decided to pursue her career in real estate. Julie is employed with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Central. Julie is on both the Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors and the Huntington Board of Realtors. Julie has a passion to help Veterans become homeowners and recently completed her Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification. The National Association of Realtors recognizes that Julie earned the REALTOR committed to excellence (C2EX) endorsement for dedication to practicing real estate at the highest professional standards. Better Homes and gardens recognizes that she also completed her Luxury Essentials Certification.

Julie is also a licensed mortgage loan originator. She is a firm believer that everyone should have the opportunity to become a homeowner.

Julie has spoken on panels for Next Level coaching and has also been a guest on several real estate focused podcasts.

Julie is Co-owner of the COOP CoWork in Hurricane, WV. Several local small businesses are under the roof of the COOP and many entrepreneurs work out of the COOP daily and run their business from there. Julie Is also Co-Owner of W2 Investments, which is a real estate investment company. W2 Investments holds short term and long-term rentals for both residential and commercial properties and several rehab homes throughout the years.

In Julie’s spare time she likes to travel the country and try new things. She likes to play with her two YouTube channels: Where are the Wyricks and Real Estate in Real Life.

Julie is married to Wesley Wyrick and as a blended family have three children. Jordan (22), Paige (17) and Emily (16). Together they have two fur babies Aspen and Moab. They currently reside in Hurricane WV.
