Julien has lived in Sonoma County and worked as a Realtor for the last eleven years. Prior to this, he was a Corporate Specialist/Paralegal at several major law firms throughout California. His combined twenty-two years of legal and real estate experience have given him a keen eye for detail and strong comprehension of contract language, as well as formidable negotiation skills; he is well-equipped to provide intelligent, intuitive and creative ideas to his clients. His approach to real estate is one of advocacy and support, and he is uniquely sensitive to his clients needs and goals. In his two careers, he has assisted with large transactions, including the purchase, transfer and sale of luxury properties, power plants, hotels and restaurants, in addition to commercial tenant and vendor lease agreements and numerous residential transactions. His list of satisfied clients is very long and includes a wide range of properties spanning from Cloverdale to Oakland. Julien is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the North Bay Association of Realtors, and BAREIS MLS. He is a California licensed Realtor (#01327795), a Notary Public and a Certified Country Property Specialist. He proudly steward his own country property in Sebastopol and owns an investment property in Santa Rosa. Originally from Santa Barbara, he is also a painter, writer and musician and is connected to a large, local community of cultural creatives and members of the sustainable and local food movements.
