Setting the scene, I was living in my Manassas home about 4 years starting before the pandemic hit in 2019; however, as some good stories go "I met a girl". Cue the end of one saga and the beginning of another. Mind you this was the first house I've ever bought after graduating from school so I didn't know the process and had no contacts. Juliet reached out to me with a thorough plan and process that allowed me to visualize and trust that I was in good hands. While at my prior home I was good about taking care of things but for the minor renovations and refurbishments I wanted to get done to add value to the home and spruce it up for the next owner, Jason had a one stop shop of connections to get it all handled in a timely fashion. I was in and out of the area as well getting ready for the move but they made the process so seamless. They staged the home beautifully and even helped me dispose of some last minute items. With the blessings from God and a solid team, my home sold for more than we anticipated. If you're looking for realtors in the Northern Virginia area look no further!

Juliet, was by far the best real estate agent me and my fiancé could have hoped for. Juliet went above and beyond in setting us up with tons of places to see and being transparent with us through the entirety of the home buying process. She even met with me early on the day of closing to help me set up for my proposal to my now fiancé. I cannot speak more highly of Jason and Juliet Mayers of The Front Porch Team of Keller Williams. From the first meeting we had with them, we knew they were going to be the best fit for our selling and buying experience. They were always prepared and had a ton of information for us. Even from the first meeting they came with comps for our inquiries.

They did a walkthrough of our house and gave advice and suggestions on what to do to get the most out of our house. They also were super helpful with providing us with companies and contractors to work with to help prepare our house for the sale.

They did such a good job overall with selling our house that we were able to get much more than what we expected, and our house was only on the market for couple of days.

After we sold our house, they helped us look for our forever home. Although they had multiple clients, we felt that we were their only client throughout the process. They made sure they were available to help look at each home that we wanted as soon as we could. Jason and Juliet answered any questions we had through the process.

The most important thing my wife and I felt with Jason and Juliet were trusting them throughout the process. They were realistic and honest about the house we were selling. When we went through each house that we would potentially put an offer on, they provided their honest opinion on if it was a good fit and how we should approach it. I never felt pressured to overbid or just buy a house.

Overall, Jason and Juliet made us feel as a priority and safe to be working with them. They earned our trust and made us feel confident. They sold our house quickly and were able to help us find our forever home. Even after we sold, they still helped us with figuring out the ins and outs of owning this new house.

Again, I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or a sell a house to work with Jason and Juliet. They will exceed your expectations.

I was referred to Juliet Mayers by a colleague and I was very fortunate I was. She actually began working with me a year ago as I explored options to buy a house which due to some personal reasons, which included owning joint property already, did not work out but Juliet remained positive. This year I was able to sell the jointly owned property. Juliet was steadfast and focused. Throughout the trials and tribulations I threw her way she found solutions over and over again and reassured me. She easily and professionally took care of me and my ex-husband in such a caring way. And even was able to arrange for a traveling notary and then also traveling herself to make this deal workout. Juliet was timely and about the business of getting the goal accomplished. We listed on Sunday, showed on Monday, and had a contract on Tuesday for more than the asking price. We closed within 16 days of listing. Closed! Money in hand within 20 days of listing! Amazing. And my favorite part is that when I mentioned I would be ready to buy next year, she remembered the neighborhood I had favored from the year before - she had been looking out for me. Such wonderful service. I would definitely recommend Juliet Mayers!

The idea of selling a house might be daunting to most, but Juliet and her team made the experience as painless and simple as possible. Juliet first did a property analysis and walkthrough of my home. She was then able to assemble a breakdown of all the estimated costs involved on my end and make recommendations for what I needed to do to make my home ready to sell. Once listing the home on the market I was under contract to sell almost immediately! She did an amazing job making sure we had plenty of showings because of the preparation done beforehand. The listing, staging of the home, and pictures done prior to putting my home on the market were all top notch! Throughout the entire process Juliet was always very responsive, and was able to answer all my questions along the way. I couldn't possibly be any more pleased with my experience!

My wife and I started looking for a house last year, and when it became obvious that we were ready to get serious we knew it was time to find a realtor. I had a former coworker who had gone into real estate and I called him for advice. This led to dinner with Jason and Juliet and my wife, and by the time the coffee came we knew that we'd be engaging Front Porch to help us both sell the house we were in and find a new one.

I honestly had no idea exactly what a realtor did or what specific responsibilities a realtor had during the buying and/or selling of a house. What I found out was that the whole thing is very complicated with a lot of parallel processes to navigate, and I don't know how we would have even survived it were it not for the incredibly professional and responsive efforts of Jason and Juliet. Their encyclopedic knowledge, tireless diligence and responsiveness were such that I want to be careful not to obligate them to the same level of service for everyone else! They made us feel special and seemed to be able to always prioritize our needs, always explaining what they were doing and why, while keeping the lines of communication open at all times.

Bottom line? We sold our house for more than we could have hoped for and bought the house of our dreams for less than asking despite a strong market. They all but held our hands when we felt overwhelmed by the procedures, the jargon, and the secret squirrel realtor-only stuff. Between Jason's "let's get it done" attitude and Juliet's always calm, confident approach we have not a single regret. Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could have and my wife and I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Five stars!

My husband and I hired Juliet to buy our dream home this past summer. I cannot speak highly enough for her, she was beyond amazing during the whole process and exceeded our expectations. We had to sell our townhouse to purchase our new home, and even with three failed contracts (due to the buyers), she was still able to bring us to settlement without problems on the original date. Being self-employed made the home buying process very difficult, and even up to the week of settlement, we did not know if the bank would approve our loan. She always remained calm and positive, and bore the brunt of many late night sobbing phone calls. Even though she kept me calm, she was also very honest about the possibilities, and didn't sugar coat anything. On the day of settlement, our lawyer was astounded that we were able to follow through with the contract on our purchase and directly credited Juliet for her amazing work on making it all work out perfectly and without a hitch. She found us the perfect home, a home that we had imagined in 6 years of looking. She knew, as did we, that the house she found was the one. As soon as we found our home, we started working on the offer. She was extremely knowledgable, and her expertise is what ultimately got our offer accepted over 4 others. Overall, Juliet is quick to respond, very experienced with the Northern Virginia area, skilled with the negotiation process, and also very kind.
