Juliet Patterson

Juliet has been in the Real Estate business since 2008. Newly licensed she focused on rentals and then broadened her horizons to collaborating with buyers. She has since helped many clients to both buy and list their homes, helping them to their next chapter. She specializes in new construction and working with the Military. Over the years she has had the honor of helping many Military clients buy sight unseen; collaborating closely with them through the process with FaceTime, videos and any technology that helps to offer a smooth process. She is well versed in new construction homes and love to work alongside of clients as they go through the process of building their dream home! She also represents one of the local Southern Maryland family-owned builders. She loves helping people and being a part of such a monumental event in someone's story! When she is not working you can find her at home with family! She has a seven-year-old daughter and 2 year old little boy! She also loves to travel and visit local wineries!
