June Akiyama

June has been in the real estate industry since 1989. With over three decades of experience under her belt, she has seen and worked through transactions of all shapes and sizes. She has been through the ups and downs of the different housing markets. Her expertise with negotiation and marketing tactics make working with her as a buyer or seller a positive, successful, and unruffled experience.

June has a very broad range and has experience ranging from luxury to resale, condos, first time buyers to relocation, move up buyers to downsizing sellers. She works in the Gig Harbor John L. Scott office but also specializes in Tacoma, University Place, Puyallup, Olalla and Port Orchard.
There is nothing June loves more than handing the keys over to a client for their very own dream home. She is inspired and fueled by the “thank you’s” and appreciation she receives from the people she works with. It keeps her excited to go through the transactional process for them and others!

June gives back to the Humane Society and Almost Home Rescue. In her free time June loves spending time with her two grandchildren, and appreciating the beauty and quality of life in the Pacific Northwest.
