She has made it her life's ambition to learn every aspect of her job, and spends as much time and her own finances if needed to give each client her very best. I originally picked June Barone because my neighbor's house looked amazing, sold quickly and for a significant amount higher than the listing price.

June was patient and attentive with me while it took me far longer than anticipated to go through decades worth of belongings.

June has a phenomenal network of relationships to renovate or touch up your home to be ready to sell. Her recommended painter, Lori Farris, made phenomenal paint selections to bring the home up to date. She even picked out my countertop color with Miracle Method for me. Lori also has experience flipping homes which came in handy. The contractor, Steve South, was capable of every part of the renovation list thrown at him. June partners with Darlene at Hoosier Home Stagers. My seen-better-days home looks straight out of a magazine and 100% quality done when everyone one was finished. It was like the "Love It or List It" show ALL thanks to June's connections. Any time I needed a person, June was right there with a referral.

There's a few things which set June apart. I live life by "Hope for the best. Prepare for the worst." You can imagine how difficult selling the home I built was for me. There were a lot of unknowns for me, but June has experience on her side. The renovation took weeks longer than expected. The market changed and slowed, but she found me 3 offers in 2 weeks. The gal hired to deep clean before the stagers came didn't so June spent three hours at my house finishing what I couldn't finish after 12 hours so I could go to work. What realtor does that for the client? The biggest reassurance June could give me came with keeping a cash buyer back-up offer right up until closing. She sold my back-up offer a different home, so all are happy.

June's kindness even went beyond closing. She gave me a gift to a yoga and wellness store right next to my new home. She had witnessed the pace I keep with kids, work, and volunteering. She knew I needed a good offer because this was for my kids' tuition and to afford living close to the school. Not only did she make every goal of mine possible, she cared about me as a person. She made sure a family, not a corporation, bought my home as this was very important to me.

I'm thoroughly enjoying renting and a much simpler life, but when I'm ready to buy or build, I'll call June. Every part of the process went smoothly. I absolutely recommend June to sell your home or help you buy.
