It was while attending Xavier High School in Manhattan that Justin developed a love for architecture. All those beautiful buildings and the history behind them was too much to resist and pretty soon it was all he talked about, but Justin also walks the walk. Purchasing his first investment property at 21 years old, and since then he and Malvina have acquired and renovated several properties throughout the city. The couple makes their home in the Neponsit section of the Rockaway’s, where they love the relaxed beach lifestyle. They can often be found swimming and surfing or headed to their vacation home upstate to enjoy skiing. They are also avid travelers and foodies who love to explore far off destinations and will try just about anything. Justin and Malvina are also serious animal lovers who have three rescue pets, and are devoted supporters of several animal rescue groups. Justin also devotes his time to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and JDRF “Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund”.
