Justine Curry

I have been a licensed REALTOR® since April 2013 and joined Maple Leaf Real Estate in September of that year, where I am now a top producer. After completing the Peak Producers course, I had an incredible first year, surpassing my goals. I also went back to school and earned a college degree while working full time. I have earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designations as well as the Home with Diversity® (AHWD) certification through the National Association of REALTORS®. I am proud to have been the South Central Vermont Board of REALTORS® President for 2024 and received the Shires Young Professional of the Year in a Business Award from the Southwestern Vermont Chamber of Commerce. I was also recognized by our company as the runner-up for Top Producer that year. In 2025 I was honored as an Emerging Leader at the annual Southern Vermont Economy Summit. Most recently, I became part of the Vermont Association of REALTORS® Member Engagement Committee.

Having previously spent eight years in the healthcare field working with Alzheimer’s patients, I carry my love of caring for others into my real estate career. I especially enjoy working with first time home buyers to help make their dream of home ownership a reality. Living in a circa 1850 house myself, selling antique properties is my specialty and passion. I also have enjoyed learning the ins and outs of commercial real estate and continue to hone my expertise in that area. I bring my fun personality, attention to detail, years of experience, and top-notch communication skills to every transaction.

When I’m not busy with my real estate business, I enjoy singing and playing drums in a band with my husband, karaoke/trivia nights, drinking copious amounts of kombucha, and wandering around thrift stores. I was even a finalist in Hit Like A Girl, a worldwide competition for female drummers. Living with five rescued cats, I am also an avid animal advocate and encourage adopting pets from shelters. I have been volunteering for Night To Shine, which is a prom for people with special needs, for the past few years as well as served as a longtime officer at my church. I'm also a member of the Shires Young Professionals group and frequently attend local chamber events. I believe that staying involved and building a strong sense of community will help our area continue to thrive and succeed in future endeavors.
