Justine was nothing short of amazing. As first time home buyers, we had been looking for a home for 2.5 years during the pandemic and had been thru two different realtors before meeting Justine. We met Justine while waiting 50 minutes for our original realtor to show up, and we hit it off right away. We quickly gave her a call after meeting her and quickly transitioned to working with her instead. We occasionally joked about her coming to rescue us from our previous history of bad realtors and unsuccessful home offers. Justine was extremely pleasant to work with and she simplified every step of the process for us. She always made time for showing a property either on the same day or the next day, and was quite knowledgeable about the areas we considered. Most of all, Justine was reassuring throughout the uncertainties of the market and our apprehensiveness along the way. We would easily recommend her to anyone who is buying a home for the first time!

Justine helped me sell my house! She is very hands on. Where I thought I was going to sell it as is, she came over and walked me through many simple things I could do to my house so that we could sell quickly and for the best price. She worked day and night making sure I was comfortable with the process. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. She even came and helped me paint and take down wall paper! She is the best! I would recommend her time and time again!

Justine is absolutely amazing at what she does! From the very beginning she explained all the processes and details in a way that made sense to us, along with keeping us updated every step of the way. Day and night she made sure anything that was needed was handled and it made the process so much smoother.

Hands on and always responsive, we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, and by far the best one I’ve ever worked with. I would recommend her to anyone I know in a heartbeat. Thank you so much again for everything!!!

From watching our son while we looked through a home to advocating for us and our best interests Justine was the most amazing realtor that my husband and I could have asked for! She stuck with us throughout our house hunt through the COVID craziness and genuinely looked at 20+ houses with us. She always provided sound advice and guidance through out the process. She honestly became one of our friends through our house hunt and we still keep in touch! When we finally get around to having a house warming party you know we will be inviting Justine! 10/10 recommend . She's also hilarious.

Justine was my trusted realtor when she was still in Chicago, so when she moved to the East Coast it was a big loss. However, when my partner and I were looking to buy a new home in Chicago this past winter, Justine was STILL there for us even across the miles. She connected us with a trusted local realtor and welcomed ongoing communication. Throughout the buying process, she gave us excellent, grounded advice and continuously helped us understand the sales process and our options with a **really unique** home purchase.

Justine is THE BEST! Where do we even start? As many know, buying a home for the first time can be absolutely terrifying as well as exciting. Justine made the entire process, from pre meeting to post closing day such a pleasure. Being able to find a realtor with an immense wealth knowledge, stellar personality, and genuine care for her clients, is such a blessing. Justine came to every showing, took photos, videos, and went the extra mile every step of the way. She was able to figure out very quickly the types of things we liked, didn't like, and wanted in a home. (Even before we knew) Justine's ability to socially connect with all types of people became a huge asset for us and made it so easy (and wildly fun) to work with her. Thanks to Justine, we found our first home that even exceeded our expectations!

Justine! Where do we start?

Justine was introduced to us by our loan officer. Obviously, buying a home for the first time is nerve-racking. And on top of that, having to deal with several different parties who are supposed to be guiding you through the whole homebuying process does not help that uncertainty. However, Justine put that all to rest.

Right from the get-go with our virtual consultation, Justine put us right at ease with her outgoingness, positive attitude, and confidence in her self, and knowledge of real estate and homeownership. Not only that, but she displayed honesty, transparency, and open and prompt communication throughout the whole process. She listened with the intent of understanding our wants and needs. These are qualities that simply cannot be learned. They are values that you look for in not just a realtor, but a friend.

Simply put, Justine D'Amour and her team at Jill & Co. are the best and we look forward to working with them in the future!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Justine to find my new home. She is patient, kind, and really listened to my wants and needs. She showed me a lot of properties (we started calling it Frog Kissing since you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find a prince). At every showing she took pictures of what I liked, what I didn't like, and kept detailed records so she could zero in on the right property. When we found my Prince she was quick and detailed in making the offer and following up with the seller. She also did the boring legwork involved to help provide a quick close. She has a keen eye for design, durability, and ease of living that I appreciated very much. I cannot recommend Justine highly enough.

If she couldn't answer something she had references that could help. She had a list of all local companies for oil and other resources that we would need. We have already recommended her to some of our friends who are looking to buy homes. She finds exactly what you are looking for.
