Justine Knapp

Justine is passionate for all things housing. She is an enrolled member of the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska and serves as the Director of Development for the Northern Ponca Housing Authority, where she plans for the housing needs of her tribal community. She focuses on homeownership programs, real estate acquisition and affordable housing developments. Justine studied Real Estate at Northeast Community College and obtained her license in 2016 to focus on helping first-time homebuyers attain homeownership while promoting assistance programs to help with down payment and closing costs. She loves the Norfolk area community and serves on the Norfolk Housing Agency Board, Board of Directors for the Northeast Community College Foundation, and is an Ambassador for the Norfolk Area Chamber of Commerce. When she isn’t working or volunteering, she likes to spend time with her two children, travel, and loves anything pink!!
