Justine joins The Stanbra Team as a transplant having operated her business in Connecticut for the last decade. A licensed real estate agent since the age of 19, Justine has a diverse background and depth of experience. From luxury rental properties, to residential properties, to commercial investments, Justines vast experience gives her the toolset to effortlessly guide her clients through any transaction. After finishing her degree at the University of Connecticut, Justine began her career with a prolific Institutional multifamily investment team in New Haven, Connecticut with an extensive national footprint. Next she moved to Aspen, Colorado where she ran the luxury vacation rental division of one of the top producing real estate companies in Aspen. Here, she was part of a boutique team that closed over $105 million dollars in residential real estate transactions in 2017. When life brought her back home to Connecticut, she transitioned into property management where she spearheaded the lease up of over 400 newly constructed units across two properties. In August of 2020 Justine quit the corporate side of the industry to fulfill her real passion as a full-time residential agent. Since August of 2020 she has closed over 56 residential transactions. As a licensed agent in both Connecticut and Florida Justine looks forward to bringing her diversity in transaction knowledge coupled with her high energy from the Northeast to Florida to help people make their dream of beach living, a reality!

There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Justine is. We had been looking on/off for about 3 years (pre and post Covid) for a home with 2 other realtors when Justine came into our lives through a mutual friend.
