Juston Puchar is the driving force behind Beyond Real Estate Planners, where passion meets purpose in real estate. His journey began in 2004 with the purchase of his first home in Murray, Utah. Unsure whether to rent it out or live in it—or how to tackle those infamous powder-blue countertops and forest-green backsplash—Juston quickly learned how to evaluate decisions strategically and maximize value. These early experiences shaped his intentional, results-driven approach to real estate that continues to benefit his clients today.

Fast forward to now, Juston brings over 21 years of hands-on experience as a Realtor, investor, property manager, landlord, lender, and entrepreneur. He’s worked with investors across 22 states, represented banks in selling REO properties, and helped countless clients build wealth through smart, intentional real estate choices. When you are navigating complex situations like foreclosure, probate, divorce or bankruptcy--Juston’s diverse expertise and client-first mindset make him a trusted guide and ally.

As he naturally began working with seniors, Juston developed a deep understanding of the complexities of creating and transferring generational wealth, minimizing taxes, and compassionately connecting families with the support they need. Beyond Real Estate Planners is intentionally focused on addressing the comprehensive needs of the aging population, combining investment expertise with a heartfelt commitment to service.

When he’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you can find Juston cycling, cheering on his favorite teams, traveling in an RV with his family, or hitting the pickleball court. At home, he’s a proud husband to an incredible wife (who he’s quick to say is the better half!) and a father to three amazing kids.
